Our first sour is in the secondary. It's in the style of an Oud Bruin, a Flanders Brown ale from the Flemish region of Belgium. Right now the lactobacillus is working its magic, but there may be some late game additions of fruit and/or oak. And by "late game" I mean in like a year or so.
