Yeast We Can ended up a bit over carbonated due to some active yeast and warm storage conditions.
We came home after a Yankee's game to find two bottles had exploded. Homebrewing just became dangerous!
We opened all of our remaining bottles to let some of the CO2 absorbed in the beer escape from the bottles. After 5-20 minutes we sealed them all up again.
